Feedback is used by Inspire Refuel to maintain a good understanding of the needs, interests, concerns, experiences and expectations of its stakeholders so that it may assess and wherever necessary improve its performance. All feedback submitted via this channel is also monitored by Ethical Brand (International) and where follow up activity is indicated feedback is also tracked to a conclusive outcome.
